CALISTOGA—Nancy Alice Booth, 83, died here Wednesday evening at the Calistoga Convalescent Hospital following a brief illness.
Mrs. Booth was born in Fort Scott, Kansas and received her education there. She came to California in 1926 and settled in Oakland where she lived until 1975 when she moved to Calistoga to be near her daughter.
She was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church and was active in the Creative Living Organization.
Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Thelma Sweet of Calistoga and five grandchildren.
Her daughter, the late Mrs. Eleanor Dean died in 1973.
Funeral services were held today at 11 a.m. at the Morrison Simic Chapel.
Private entombment will be in Sunset View Cemetery, Berkeley.
