She was born the daughter of the late Nathaniel and Annie (Mike) Decorah. Adeline was the oldest Ho-Chunk tribal member. Survivors include two daughters, JoAnn Baker, Wittenberg and Corrine Menore, Keshena; one son, Anthony (Jerri) Gauthier, Keshena; 18 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; 23 great great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Adeline was preceded in death by one son, John, one daughter, Darlene, brothers and sisters, Eva Decorah, Napoleon Decorah, Amos Decorah, Melvin Decorah, Theresa Decorah, Alpheus Decorah, Vivian Holst, Cyrus Decorah, Corrine Topping and Helen Cloud.
