She was born March 7, 1902 in the town of Liberty, Vernon County, to Harvey and Carrie (Kinnamon) Cox. She married Mighill "Miles" Adams June 1, 1936. The couple farmed in the Sugar Grove area all their married life.
Mrs. Adams was a graduate of the Vernon County Normal School and was a teacher in the Vernon County rural schools for 13 years.
Survivors are one son, William, of Westby; three grandchildren; one brother, William Cox of Viroqua; and one sister, Mrs. Jane Mueller of Viroqua.
She was preceded in death by her husband and three sisters.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Westby United Methodist Church, the Rev. Hubert Groves officiated and burial was in the Sugar Grove Cemetery. Vosseteig's Funeral Service was in charge of arrangements.
