Geraldine Proctor Anderson, age 87, died Monday, September 28, 2009. Services will be held at 11:00 AM at Hopewell United Methodist Church with Rev. Joel Embry officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Anderson was a native and life-long resident of Milledgeville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hershel and Ollie Elizabeth Mullinnix Proctor and her husband, John Louis Anderson, Sr. Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker and a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her son John Anderson (Mary Clare)of Milledgeville, her sister, Lettye Greer of Monticello, 3 grandchildren; Andy Anderson (Jan) of Milledgeville, Ben Anderson (Holly) of Albany, Becky A. Cooper (Anthony) of Milledgeville, 4 great grandchildren; Daniel, Robert, John IV and Noah.
