Mrs. Anderson was a native and life-long resident of Milledgeville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hershel and Ollie Elizabeth Mullinnix Proctor and her husband, John Louis Anderson, Sr. Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker and a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her son John Anderson (Mary Clare)of Milledgeville, her sister, Lettye Greer of Monticello, 3 grandchildren; Andy Anderson (Jan) of Milledgeville, Ben Anderson (Holly) of Albany, Becky A. Cooper (Anthony) of Milledgeville, 4 great grandchildren; Daniel, Robert, John IV and Noah.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hopewell United Methodist Church Relay for Life c/o Hopewell Methodist Church 188 Hopewell Church Rd. Milledgeville, Ga 31061.
The family will receive friends Thursday morning from 10:00 until 10:45 at Moores Funeral Home.
