- The funeral was March 26, 2009, at Union Baptist Church. The Rev. Paul Willey and Rev. Shannon Duncan officiated. Burial was at Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
- Donna Bryant was a daughter of Dick and Gladys Carroll Howell of Rock Hill. She was a member of Union Baptist Church, where she had served as a trustee, a Sunday School teacher and treasurer. She was former co/owner of Filbert Day Care, taught in York School District, and was employed at the Wing King in York.
- Along with her parents, she is survived by her husband, Jerry Bryant of Clover; her daughter, Angie Bryant Suttles and husband, Bob of York; her son, Dwayne "Bubba" Bryant and wife, Carmen of Clover; her sister, Cindy Howell of Rock Hill; brother, Freddie Howell of Monroe, N.C.; and three grandchildren, Travis and Taylor Bryant and Chase Suttles.
