Clint M. Carrell

Services for Clint M. Carrell, 79, will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Lighthouse Assembly of God Church. Rev. M.E. Dickenson and Rev. Dwain Duck will officiate, with interment in Lone Cedar Cemetery.

Born February 13, 1912, in Antlers to the late Robert Lee and Olivia Carrell, he died Tuesday, in a local nursing home after an extended illness.

He had lived in Ardmore most of his life, working as a gracery store owner by profession. He married Victoria Brumley, April 5, 1934, in Springer. Five brothers and one sister preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Victoria, of the home; a daughter, Laquetta Middleton, Ardmore, two sisters, Pauline Barnes, Mannsville, and Romia Anderson, Orange, California; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Robert, Joe, and Glen Carrell, Tommy Rountree and Don Garrison.

Services will be directed by Harvey Douglas Funeral Home.
