Wake services will be 6:00 PM Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Stout-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Houston Tiger officiating. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Sand Creek Eufaula Baptist Church with Rev. Houston Tiger officiating. Burial to follow at Tiger Family Cemetery, Wewoka, Ok. Born May 23, 1953 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Lee and Judy (Tiger) Cloud. He was a graduate of Sequoia School and attended East Central University.
He was employed by Metal Fabricator as an Metal Technician. Leo and Doris Elephant were married August 1991 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Preceding Leo in death are his parents. Survivors include his wife Doris of the home, children Robbie Walker of Konawa, OK, and Latoya Cloud of Oklahoma City. Nine grandchildren. Brothers: Cleo Cloud, Joseph Cloud, Christopher Cloud, Ted Cloud, Stanley Cloud, and Winifred Cloud. Sisters Pattie Gibson, Lucy Carranza, Nona Johnson, Tommy Cloud, and Pam Paredes and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
