Agnes was the second child of noted silversmith Seraphim Masi and Catherine Bradford Masi. Agnes's Bradford line is a direct decent from the Mayflower Bradfords.
Agnes was a nun at the Convent of Visitation in Georgetown, D.C.
She died of tuberculosis (consumption) at the Convent and was buried on the grounds.
