CROWLEY - Olive E. Crowley, 78, R.R. 2, Durand, died at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 5, 1969, in Rockford Memorial Hospital, after a brief illness. Born May 15, 1891, in Durand, daughter of David and Julia Crowley. Lived all her life in Durand area. Employed as a music teacher in the Durand and Rockford area for 50 years, retiring in 1966. Survivors include: a sister, Mrs. Mabel Stauffer, Durand; and two nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Claude.
Services at 2 p.m. Saturday in Chapin McCorkle Funeral Home, Durand, with Rev. Ellery Beal, pastor of the United Methodist Church of Durand, officiating. Burial in Bethel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday.
