CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Funeral services for Emma Jean Allen, 51, of Charlotte and formerly of Greenville, Miss., will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Friendship MB Church, Charlotte, N.C. She died March 7, 2009, in Charlotte. Internment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery and Memorial Gardens, Charlotte, under the direction of Grier Funeral Service, Charlotte.
She was born Dec. 19, 1957.
She is survived by her mother, her siblings, and her daughters, LaQuesha and Ivye Monique Allen.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of N.C.
