MRS. ANGELINA BOITANO DIED HERE WEDNESDAY
Mrs. Angelina Boitano, a resident of Groveland for the past 15 years, died at the new county hospital Wednesday morning of paralysis. She was 68 years of age and had been under treatment at the institution for the past month.
Thursday the remains were taken to Groveland from the Burden Undertaking parlors and the funeral was held this Friday morning from the family home. Services were celebrated in the Catholic church in Big Oak Flat, Rev. Father Mollineaux officiating. The interment was in Big Oak Flat.
The deceased is survived by three sons, Antone, Victor and John Boitano. She was a fine old woman, held in high esteem by her neighbors and associates, who, despite the fullness of her years, are sorrowed by her passing.
Angeline was from Favale di Malvaro, Italy. She arrived in New York on August 10,1901, on the ship Duchessa Di Genova.
