Daniel Nave Colbaugh was the son of Teter Nave Colbaugh and Lorina Lewis Colbaugh. Daniel married Margaret "Meg" White 08 Nov 1892 in Carter County, Tennessee. They had four children: Teter N., Ada, George and Bessie. The family lived on Stoney Creek in Peters Hollow. The Forbes Cemetery is located on the old Colbaugh farm.
