1908 Estate records for Mintie Bevill state she died without a will and left the following heirs:
Pinkney Bevill, Matthew Bevill, Wm. Bevill, James Bevill, and Adlophus Pass (listed as Mintie's grandson, the son of a deceased daughter).
The estate documents stated all heirs except Wm. Bevill and James Bevill were living in Guilford County NC in 1908. The documents futther state that Wm. Bevill was last known in Richmond VA and James Bevill was thought to be in the Phillipine Islands.
