COURT: The Petition of Joseph Strawbridge, administrator of John Tomkins deceased was read to court the he had ascertained that the personal estate of the deceased will be insufficient by about $280 and that he died seized of a tract of unpatented land containing 75 acres therefore he prays that the court authorizes the sale.
