Mr All, a native of Ulmer, had retired from M Lowenstein Pacific Mills and was a member of Salkehatchie Baptist Church, Fairfax.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Morton All, Augusta; a daughter, Maxine Rae, Sumter; a stepdaughter, Carolyn Swindale, Augusta; two sons, Danny All and Lanny All, both of Gaston; five stepsons, David Youngblood, West Columbia, Lewis Youngblood, Columbia, Olin Youngblood, Orlando, Fla, David Day, Augusta, and Ralph Day, Aiken; four sisters, Mildred All Fogle, Sumter, Lois All Kinard, Allendale, Mabel All Willis, Olar, and Fay All Altman, Hampton; three brothers, Ray All, Ridgeland, Jake all, Lutcher, La, and Allen Delbert All, Columbia; and three grandchildren.
