Harrison Claymore Barlow was born in Philadelphia, PA Dec 2, 1882 and departed this life in St. Louis, MO, June 8, 1942 at the age of 59 years, 6 months and 2 days.
He was united in marriage to Lucy Stricker, January 25, 1921.
Mr. Barlow is survived by his wife, Lucy Barlow, mother-in-law, Hulda Stricker of Morrellton, MO, three sisters-in-law; five brothers-in-law; also many friends.
He had worked at the Terminal Railroad Station in St. Louis since 1912. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Clerks having been a member since 1918. He was the first President of Lodge No. 20.
Mr. Barlow was a man of worthy character. He was held in high esteem by his fellow workers, all of whom speak of his brotherly spirit of helpfulness to others. We feel he has done his work well and has entered into his reward of rest.
Funeral services were held at the Casey and Lenox Funeral Parlor Wednesday afternoon; Rev. Estes Perkins conducted the service. Interment was made in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
