Their oldest daughter Eva Marie Elisabeth Bertha Schultz, 1845-1856, died young in Losse, Seehausen, Prussia.

Charles Schultz married Maria Anna Ehrhardt, 1853-1929, on 3Nov1874 in Germonds Church. They were farmers in Clarkstown and raised five children.
