KAPLAN, ANNETTE FLOYD, 87, of Belleair, died Thursday (May 11, 2006) at Largo Medical Center. She was born in Cochran, Ga., and came here in 1980 from Washington, D.C. She had a career in federal civil service with the Department of State, House, Small Business Administration, and Federal Power Commission. She served two terms as president of the Belleair Garden Club, and was also a member of the Belleair Park and Tree Board. She was highly interested in politics and was an avid reader. Survivors include two daughters; two sisters; two grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Moss-Feaster Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Serenity Gardens Chapel, Largo.
