BURRILLVILLE- Allen, Marguerite J. "Margie", 75, of Pascoag, RI, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on September 29, 2013 at the Landmark Medical Center.
She was the wife of the late Wallace "Wally" Allen.
She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Armand & Irene (Gagnon) Lefebvre.
Margie was a registered nurse for the Overlook Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Pascoag for over twenty years. She graduated from Burrillville High School Class of 1956, and then she attended St. Joseph's School of Nursing, graduating in 1959. She lived all her life in Burrillville. She was a lifelong communicant of St. Patrick's Church in Harrisville, where she was a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Rosary and Altar Society. She completed the Burrillville Citizen's Police Academy, volunteering at the Pascoag sub-station.
She was preceded in death by, brothers, Raymond and Marcel Lefebvre, and a sister Annette O'Hara.
