Bloody Sunday survivor. Mickey Bradley was 22 when he was shot and seriously wounded in both arms and lower chest on 30 January 1972. A painter and decorator by trade, he never worked again. His injuries forced him to always walk with a cane and severely limited the use of his arms. Despite suffering constant pain, he was a passionate campaigner for truth and justice for the Bloody Sunday victims.
Mr. Bradley passed away at age 59 from a suspected heart attack at his home in Derry. He is survived by his wife, three sons, his mother and many other relatives and friends.
