SHAWNEE, Okla. — Shawnee resident Teresa D. Creek, 66, went on to be with the Lord Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008, at Unity North following an illness.

Teresa Creek born September 27, 1942. She was the daughter of Edmond Smith Fixico and Magdalene Tanyan Fixico, her paternal grandparents were Josie and Meloche Mitchell Fixico and her maternal grandparents were Rev. Nina and Sally Davis Tanyan.

Teresa was the wife of Felix Creek. She was a long time resident of North Rock Creek community and was a member of Snake Creek Indian Baptist Church No. 2 in northern Seminole county.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
She is survived by her husband and two daughters Chenena Wise and Mary Alice Roubideaux; three sons Jeffery Clark, Joseph Paul and Timothy James Meely; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sunday Nov. 9th wake services will be held at Snake Creek #2 in Seminole at 7 pm. Funeral Services will be 2 pm Monday Nov. 10th also at Snake Creek#2 with burial in the church cemetery immediately following the service. Arrangements under the direction of Schumacher Funeral Home Okemah Chapel.
