Survived by a sister, Mrs. Sam (Dorothy) Moose of Moline; a brother, Howard (Thera) Ackeberg of Mesa, Ariz.; and several nieces and nephews.
His parents also preceded him in death.
He served in the U.S. Army during WW II.
