ORBISONIA - Virginia Crum, 91, of Woodland Retirement Center, Orbisonia, and formerly of Alexandria died at 7:40 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, 2001, at Woodland Retirement Center. Born Dec. 11, 1910, in McAlevys Fort, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Milton and Nannie Mae (Strunk) Wilson. Her husband, Warren Clair Crum, whom she married Sept. 13, 1932, preceded her in death on Oct. 22, 1992. Surviving are: children, Norman P. Crum, Harrisonville, Marlene B. Moore, Huntingdon, Mrs. Richard (Yvonne) McMahon, RD3 Huntingdon, and Sheldon D. Crum, Little Mountain, SC; 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and a great-great -grandaughter. She was preceded in death by a son, Warren Ray Crum, and a grandson. She was the last of her family having been preceded in death by a sister, Madeline Miller, and brothers, J. Edward Wilson, F. Taylor Wilson and Wallace Wilson. She was a homemaker and a member of Church of the Nazarene, Petersburg. Her funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Donald E. Baggus Funeral Home, 3813 W. Main St., Belleville, with Pastors Robert G. Maurer and David E. Bowen officiating. Interment will be in St. Stephens Lutheran Cemetery, McAlevy's Fort.
