BOSSO, CAROLINA
The rosary will be recited
Friday for Carolina Bosso, a
resident of Santa Cruz since
1912, who died Wednesday. She
was 88.

A native of Italy, she was a
member of Holy Cross Catholic
Church, the Italian Catholic
Federation branch No. 21 and
the United Ancient Order of the
Druids. Stella Del Mar Circle,
of which she served as arch
druidess for three terms.

She has been employed as a
housekeeper at the St. George
Hotel for 30 years.

She is survived by two sons,
Dino Bosso of Santa Cruz and
Charles Bosso of Monterey; a
daughter, Mrs. Beatrice Wash-
burn of Santa Cruz; three
grandsons, Richard Crescini of
Santa Cruz, Charles Bosso of
Monterey and Garry Bosso of
Newark; and by eight great-
grandchildren.

The rosary will be recited
Friday at 7:30 p.m. at
Norman's Family Chapel, 3620
Soquel Drive, Soquel. A private
mass of Christian burial will be
celebrated of Holy Cross Mis-
sion Satutday.

Private interment will be at
Mount Calvary Cemetery in
Aptos.

Friends may call at
Norman's Family Chapel this
evening from 5 to 9 p.m. and
Friday from 9 a.m.

Donations are preferred to
the EMI Scanner Fund at Do-
minican Hospital 1555 Soquel
Drive.
