EDYTHE GYSAN BLOKER, 84, died March 18, 1992, in a Nags Head nursing home. Mrs. Bloker was born in Castalia, Ohio. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church-by-the-Sea. Survivors include her husband, Richard T. Bloker; a son, the Rev. James S. Bloker of Manteo; two sisters, Pauline Rohrbacher of Castalia and Helen Hoffman of Sandusky, Ohio; and three grandchildren.The graveside service will be conducted at 4:30 p.m. today in Laurel Memorial Gardens, Grandy.
