Religious service at Hall's Celebration Center, conducted by Rev. Felton Douglas. Interment in Lady of the Knights Cemetery, Port Allen.
Survived by her mother, Myrtle J. Collins, Baton Rouge; father, Joe Collins Jr., Charleston, S.C.; devoted daughters, Sherry Collins-Hamilton and spouse Andre L. Hamilton; devoted sisters, Jacqueline F. Jones and spouse Joseph Jones Jr., and Sandra M. Collins; brother, Joe Collins III and spouse Debra Collins; and three godchildren, Melanie M. Jones, Lexus Milton and Peyton M. Wilson.
Preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Robert C. Jacobs and Margaret A. Jacobs; nephew, Jason Douglas; great-nephew, Parker Douglas; and sister-in-law, Mary L. Blount. Her brother, Larry P. Collins
