A homemaker and resident of Plaquemine, she was 87 and a native of Port Allen.
Survived by three nieces, Janice Williams, Veronica Murphy and Diane Gordon, all of Brusly; three nephews, Harold, Claiborne and Philip Gordon Jr., all of Brusly; a godchild, Andrea Lockett of Baton Rouge; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Mary Gordon; husband, Eugene Anderson; companion, Julius Morgan; two brothers, Philip Gordon and Augustus Lewis; two sisters, Julia Walker and Rosa Lockett; six nieces and three nephews.
