WILLIE R. ADAMS died in Bellville, May 18th, 1874, son of P. and A.E. Adams, aged 7 years, 4 months and 13 days.
Willie attended school on Thursday, was afterward taken with the Spinal Fever, and died within the short space of four days from that time. The Sabbath School and a large concourse of people met at the M.E. Church on Tuesday, where a funeral sermon was preached by Rev. H. Faus, and from there the congregation followed the remains to the grave, to pay the last sad rites to the dead.
