Francis, of China, Texas passed away at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth. A native and life long resident of the Beaumont area, Francis was a retired agent for Metropolitan Insurance Company and was a long time member of First Baptist Church Beaumont. Survivors include his wife, Alyene Barnett; sons, Ben Barnett and his wife Cara and Frank Barnett and his wife Amy; daughters, Cindy Guillen and her husband Rick, Rachel Cloud and her husband Kevin and Colleen Barnett; four grandchildren, Trevor Guillen, Hunter Guillen, Gracie Barnett and Reed Barnett.
