ALTA ANSPAUGH, 84, DIES THIS MORNING

   Mrs. Alta Anspaugh, 84, of route 1, Hoagland, widow of Dore Anspaugh, died at 2:30 a.m. today at the home of a son, Merrill Anspaugh.  She had been in failing health for one month.

   Born in Wabash township, Adams county, on August 14, 1884 [sic], she was the daughter of William and Carrie Miller-Mann, and was married on October 11, 1905 to Dore Anspaugh.  He preceded her in death.

   Surviving are three children, Ernest C., Seymour; Merrill, route 1, Hoagland; and Mrs. Woodrow (Vera) Kelly, route 2, Geneva; two brothers, Ray Mann, Jerome, Idaho and Gus Mann, Geneva; three sisters, Mrs. Gaylord (Myrtle) Dennison, Utah; Mrs. Robert (Mary) Jellison, Fort Wayne and Mrs. Frank (Lizzie) Farlow, Geneva; 10 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.  One brother and three sisters preceded her in death.

   Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Yager funeral home, with Rev. Walter Kelly officiating.  Burial will be in the Riverside cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday.
