Earl passed away peacefully at his home in Wilmington, Illinois. He had previously lived in Tinley Park, Illinois before moving to Wilmington. Earl retired as President of Roberts & Schaefer Engineering and was an active member of St. George Church in Tinley Park and St. Vincent dePaul Society.
Earl was survived by his loving wife, the former Shirley F. Johnson (they were married in Cook County, Illinois on December 29, 1949); devoted children, Bob (Joan) Antonson of FL, Deb (Dale) Schroeder of WI, Cathy Shaw of GA, (late) Jim, 2013, Jill (Ross) Robilotta, Tinley Park, June (Rob) Pleiter, Wilmington, Tom Antonson, Wilmington and Kim (Jim) Baker, Tinley Park; 16 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. Visitation Thursday, June 27th 2-9p.m. Funeral Mass Friday, June 28th 10:00am, St. George Church, Tinley Park.
Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
Donations were suggested to the American Cancer Society; St. Vincent dePaul Soc. of St. George Church.
