H.L. Adams, Sr., 80, of Lubbock died Aug. 19, 2007. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 24, 2007 at St. Luke Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Peaceful Garden Cemetery, under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.
He was born March 11, 1927.
Survivors include his children, H.L. Adams, Jr., Jurlene Baldwin, Johnny Ray Adams, Linda Sue Thomas, Kenneth E. Adams, and Dwayne Adams; 18 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be from 12-6 p.m. today at Griffin Mortuary.
