SAN DIEGO, CA -- Anne Leto Vigghiany, 80, died on November 7, 2000 in San Diego, CA. She was born in Albany, the daughter of the late Carmella and Peter Lito, Sr. Anne was educated in Albany and was employed in the shoe departments of various area stores before relocating to California, with her family many years ago. She was the wife of the late Bernard (Benny) Vigghiany; mother of William and Robert Vigghiany of San Diego; sister of Margaret Galeo and Peter Lito, Jr. of Albany; and sister-in-law of Mary Leto, Pat Carusone and Patricia Lito of Albany. Survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren in San Diego and many nieces and nephews in the Albany area. Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Mary Carusone; her brothers, Joseph and Samuel Leto; and her sister-in-law, Ruth Leto. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend a memorial service Saturday, November 18, 2000, 3 p.m. in St. John's Lutheran Chapel, Sand Creek Road, Colonie. Interment was in San Diego.
