GERTRUDE R. BESPALOW, 89, of Memphis, retired special education teacher, died of congestive heart failure Saturday at Baptist Memorial Hospital East. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Beth Sholom Memorial Garden. Forest Hill Funeral Home East has charge. She was a member of Beth Sholom Synagogue, the Salon Circle and Hadassah. Mrs. Bespalow, the widow of Eugene F. Bespalow, leaves a daughter, Janie Winder of Los Angeles; two stepdaughters, Fredlyn Okeon and Hope Dan, both of Memphis, 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
