Marcus L. West of Pleasure Bay died Monday of apoplexy. He was 46 years old and had suffered from rheumatism the past two years. He was engaged in the oyster business several years but had to give up active work over a year ago. Mr. West leaves a widow and a brother and sister. He was a member of several fraternal orders at Long Branch.
