To know him is to love him.
Frank was a compassionate, thoughtful, caring, wonderful man who brought joy and laugter to all who loved him. He was an avid fan of the UWV Mountaineers, Duke Blue Devils, and the Dallas Cowboys. He loved traveling, reading, playing volleyball, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, and spending time with his family and friends.
In Frank's own words, "It does not matter where I travel in my life, just remember: look only inside your heart to know that I will always be near you."
"You fill the hearts of those around you daily."
