Mr. Carlis Wade Bailey, age 55, a native of Atmore, AL and a resident of the Pine Grove community of Bay Minette, Alabama died Monday, September 21, 2009 at Oakwood. He was a ship fitter for Benders Ship Building.
He is survived by: His wife: Sandy (Baker) Bailey, Pine Grove His son: Chad Bailey, Semmes, AL His grandchildren: Ali Bailey and Kayden Bailey His brothers: Randy Bailey, Stockton, AL Tony Bailey, Bay Minette, AL His sister: Carolyn May, White House Fork

The funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Fretwell Tabernacle Church with Sister Helen Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Bryars McGill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Fretwell Tabernacle Church Wednesday, September 23, 2009 from 12:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service.

Although the family will accept flowers they suggest memorial contributions be made to the Community Hospice, 311 D'Olive Street, Bay Minette, AL 36507 or to Fretwell Tabernacle Church, P. O. Box 236, Perdido, AL 36562.

The pallbearers are Brian May, Christopher May, Wade Bailey, Rodney May, Paul Bryars and Wallace Bailey.
