"Grandpa Jim"

James Bary Andre was born on July 10th, 1935 in Portland, Oregon. He was called home to be with our Lord on November 16th, 2013. He passed away from complications with diabetes and heart disease.

He was a wonderful and loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and step-father. GRANDPA JIM to many!

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara, of 47 years.

Jim leaves behind his wife, Barb, of 5 months; his daughters, Karen Kelly (Dave), Kathy Rauch (Chris), Kris Preuss (David); and his son, David Andre (Sandy). He also leaves behind twelve grandchildren; six great- grandchildren; and step-children, Debbie Rhodes, Kim Donahue, Sharon Boyd, and Jim Fully. He will be missed by many.

He enjoyed serving at his church, working with the Ridgefield Lions club, collecting coins and guns, working on his Christmas tree farm and spending time with his large extended family.

Jim was a member of Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Ridgefield, Washington. There was a Rosary on Friday November 22, preceding the funeral at Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Ridgefield, Washington. There was luncheon following.

Jim served our country in the United States Army from 1953 to 1956. He took great pride in sharing stories during his time in service.

Donations can be made to Seton Catholic Prep High School in Ridgefield, Washington.
