Sharon Kay Brewer of Little Rock was born on Feb. 3, 1940, near Bolckow, Andrew County, Mo., to the late Perry C. and Mary C. "Callie" Brewer.
Sharon graduated from Glen Rose High School in 1958 and attended what is now the University of Central Arkansas and University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, majoring in architecture. She worked as a computer drafter for Dessault Falcon Jet and BEI in Little Rock, and an architect in Hot Springs.
An active member of Little Rock's First United Methodist Church, she attended the Koino nia Sunday School Class, whose members served as her support group as she battled cancer
She was preceded in death by her identical twin sister, Shirley Jean Brewer, in 2000 Survivors are her sister, Wanda Stephens and husband Lloyd of Fayetteville, Ark.; nieces and nephew, Ruth Soller of Colorado, Susie Edwards of California, John Stephens of Springdale and Donna Stephens of Fayetteville; three great nephews; and a great niece.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 5, at 10 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Little Rock. Visitation will be held on Monday evening between 5-7 p.m. at Ruebel Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Savannah Cemetery in Savannah, Mo., on Thursday at 10 a.m. There will be a visitation on Wednesday evening in Savannah at Breit & Hawkins Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m.

Sharon Kay Brewer, 66, Little Rock, Arkansas died Friday, September 1, 2006 in her home. Sharon was born February 3, 1940 near Bolckow, Missouri to the late Perry and Mary "Callie" (Fisher) Brewer. Sharon graduated from Glen Rose High School in 1958 and attended what is now the University of Central Arkansas and University of Arkansas at Fayeteville, majoring in Architecture. She worked as a computer drafter for Dessault Falcon Jet and BEI in Little Rock, Arkansas and an architect in Hot Springs.
