PAUL - BLAINE ANDERSEN
Blaine Andersen, 79, passed away on June 4, 2013 of natural causes. Blaine was born February 9, 1934 in Heyburn, Idaho to Jonathan W. and Charlotte Andersen. Blaine graduated from Heyburn High School. He farmed and worked at the Sugar Factory and was an active member of the LDS church. Blaine enjoyed restoring tractors and being with his family. Blaine married Gaye Lenore Jones on September 8, 1960 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. He is survived by his wife Gaye and their children Wendy Mitchell, Stacy (Melinda) Andersen, Amy (Michael) Bush, Jason (Valerie) Andersen, a sister Vera Clowers, and 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Glen and Mark, and sisters Ellen Brower and Norma Pullman. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the Paul Stake Center, 424 West Ellis Avenue in Paul, with Bishop Shannon Brown, officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in Heyburn with Military rites provided by the Mini-Cassia Veterans Auxiliaries. Friends may call Saturday morning from 10:00 to 10:45 at the church prior to the funeral on Saturday. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home in Rupert.
