Ernest R. "Bud" Adams, 60, of 807 Market St., Saltsburg, died Monday, June 13, 1988, in Latrobe Area Hospital.
A son of Henry Ray and Goldie Mae Johns Adams, he was born June 16, 1927, in Conemaugh Township.
Mr. Adams was a member of Sons of Zebedee Lutheran Church, Saltsburg; UMWA; American Legion and Sportsmen's Club, both of Saltsburg.
He was employed as a coal miner by Canterbury Coal Co. in Kiski Township for 40 years.
Surviving are his wife of 35 years, Rose Gabrielson Adams; two daughters, Mrs. Randy (Debbie) Smyers, Sykesville; Mrs. William (Rae) McClelland, BlackLick; a son, Greagory C., Saltsburg; four grandchildren; four sisters; Eunice Keltz, Edna Frye and Janet Shondelmyer, all of Saltsburg; Jane Sexton, New Kensington.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a number of brothers.
