Nick was the third son of Benjamin and Marie (nee Mihalich) Ananea. He was the brother of Ben, Dan, and Mike. He was a
graduate of Bedford High School 1975.
Graduate of The University of Akron 1980. AFROTC, Member of the Pershing Rifles.

Electronic Engineer for Westinghouse Corp. in Wooster, OH.

Married Mary Blank January 6, 1979.
Father of Noreen, Gabriel, Anthony. Grandfather of Skylar Ananea, Nicholas, and Gwenyth Krachko.

Nick was a kind and gentle young man. He had a great sense of humor, and would do anything for someone in need of help. He knew how to be a good friend.

He loved his wife and children dearly, but didn't live to see his youngest born, although he knew he was on the way.

He planned on becoming an astronaut until it was discovered early in his college years that he had an irregular heartbeat. Accepting this, he went on to get a degree in Electronics. He would have loved the modern PC.

Despite the most up to date medical treatment at the time, Nick succumbed to his heart ailment suddenly while at work on the Monday after Thanksgiving in 1984.

He is missed by all who knew him.
