Sebastian Apaceller, 87, of Aurora peacefully went to be with his Lord on Sunday, February 4, 2007 at Provena Mercy Medical Center. He was born December 13, 1919 in Kurd, Hungary.
Mr. Apaceller was employed at All-Steel Equipment. He was a member of Annunciation Church and the Danube Schwaiben Club.
Mr. Apaceller was married on September 22, 1943 to his loving and devoted wife, Barbara, and they spent the next 63 years together. He is also survived by his three daughters, Anna (Renato) Flaim of Aurora; Sister, Barbara Ellen, CSJ of Salina, KS and Linda (James) Fregeau of Aurora; three grandchildren, Kelley Perkins of New Castle, CO, Bryan Fregeau of Chicago and Jennifer Fregeau of Aurora; one great-granddaughter, Brianna Perkins of New Castle, CO; his sister-in-law, Theresa Apaceller; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna Apaceller; and one brother, John.
Mr. Apaceller was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2007 from The Daleiden Mortuary at 9:30 AM to Annunciation Church at 10 AM. Fr. Mario Pedi, O.S.B. will officiate with interment in Marywood Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 6 from 3-8 PM, with a Liturgical Wake Service at 3:30 PM, at The Daleiden Mortuary, 220 N.
