He was born in Rawlins, Wyoming on September 8, 1953. Kenneth then moved to Yakima with his family in 1965. He attended Terrace Heights Elementary and graduated from East Valley High School in 1971.
He then enlisted in the United States Navy, serving during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged. Peewee then started his career with the Unites States Postal Service and retired from there.
The Ableidinger family went to Lake Kachess for an annual camping trip. Peewee especially enjoyed this time with his family. He liked fishing, hunting and searching for arrowheads. He was proud of his Hawaiian heritage and enjoyed a good Luau.
Kenneth was an avid collector of music, stamps and rare coins. Peewee was a member of the V.F.W. post #379. He was fun loving, happy-go-lucky type of guy that would help anyone.
Peewee is survived by his father, Wilfred Ableidinger and four siblings, Bob (Betty), Dale (Cece), Katie Walker, Lani (Rob) Faye and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eunice (Kappy) Ableidinger and sister Marlace (Hon Hon) Ream.
The Memorial Service will be held at Keith and Keith in Terrace Heights on January 30th, 2009 at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will follow at Terrace Heights Memorial Park. There will be a reception following at the V.F.W post #379 at 2:30 PM. To share a memory, visit www.mem.com.
