On April 6. 1945 at his home at Robley the soul of Carroll M. Barrack passed over the Great Divide after an illness of about 9 weeks. In his passing the community has lost one of its outstanding citizens of sterling worth and reputation: the family a loyal husband and sympathetic father, whose every wish was for their welfare. He was ever ready to advise and help those who came to him for advise.
He leaves to morn their loss his wife, Mrs. Florence Barrack, two sons, Willis Alton Barrack and Alwyn Rice Barrack , two sisters, Mrs. W. C. C.ark, Lively VA, Mrs Willard Pittman, Somers, VA. Two brothers, Clytie Barrack, Baltimore, MD and Richard Barrack of Alfonso, VA.
