Funeral Mass for Cecelia A. Bailey, of Nokomis, will be said at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Louis Catholic Church there by the Rev. Father Pat Jakel. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Stiehl Dawson Funeral Home, Nokomis. Prayer service will be held at 5:45 p.m. Mrs. Bailey died at 2:40 p.m. Monday, September 21, 1998, in Memorial Medical Center, Springfield. She was 74 years old on August 23. She was an AT&T operator before she retired, and a member of St. Louis Church. She was born in Coalton, a daughter of John and Irene Crep Pasdeck. She married John H. Bailey on October 23, 1950, in Roswell, N.M. He survives. Surviving also is a sister, Caroline Pasdeck. Preceding her in death were brothers, Rudy and Joe Pasdeck.
