JAMES ISOM ADAIR, 70, of Memphis, retired mechanical engineer for Western Textile Products, died of heart failure Thursday at Saint Francis Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel with burial in Memory Hill Gardens.
He was a Korean War veteran.
Mr. Adair, the widower of Mary Adair, leaves two daughters, Brenda Miller of Knoxville and Deborah Ward of Memphis; a son, Mark Alan Adair of Horn Lake, Miss.; a stepdaughter, Beverly Sangilantonio of Georgia; a stepson, Jim Parrish of Texas; a sister, Essie Norris of Memphis; two brothers, Charles Adair of Tupelo, Miss., and Stanford Adair of Sherman, Miss., nine grandchildren and a great-grandson.
