He was retired supervisor with Murray Ohio and was a member of Pulaski Street Church of Christ. Mr. Allen served in the U.S. Army.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe David Allen and Lola Lois Gobell Allen, one brother, Norman Ray Allen.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral at 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrence County, TN.
