Cleora A. Albeck, 68, of 12 Dey St., Danville died at the Boone Nursing Home, Eyers Grove, Wednesday afternoon.
Born Aug. 21, 1915, in Columbia Hill, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Winifred Shires Wintersteen. She worked in the dietary department at the Danville State Hospital for 24 years, and was a member of the Legion Auxiliary in Danville. Mrs. Albeck was a member of the Pine Street Lutheran Church.
Surviving are her husband, Robert Albeck, to who she was married 47 years; a son, Gary Albeck, San Diego; daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Connie) Oberdorf, Danville; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren; brother, Charles Wintersteen, Danville; three sisters, Mrs. Stanley (Miriam) Stephens, Selinsgrove; Mrs. Samuel (Mable) Mitchell and Pauline Howell, both of Danville.
Services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. from the John J. Brady Funeral Home, Danville, with the Rev. Ray E. Jones, her pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Hill Cemetery.
