MAMIE LOUISE ALLEN
GREENFIELD-- Mrs. Mamie Louise Allen, 73, of Greenfield, died Wednesday, March 19, 1997, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Services were at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Williams Funeral Nome in Greenfield, with Bro.Kenneth Price officiating. Burial was in Hornbeak Cemetery in Greenfield.
James Graves, Leon Graves, Tim McClanahan, Damon Allen Jr., Jeffery Miles, William Allen, Frank Kaysen and Hugh Sanders served as pallbearers.
Mrs. Allen was born Aug.4,1923, in Walnut Grove, the daughter of the late John and Dora Kate Sharp Warren. She was a solderer for Motorola and a member of Greenfield Church of
Jesus Christ. She was the widow of James M. Allen.
Survivors include three sons, James M. Allen and Damon L. Allen, both of Sharon, and Johnny S. Tinker of Memphis; eight
daughters, Lana L. Stogner of Sharon, Theresa J. Kayser, Carolyn J. Allen, Phyllis M. Sweatt, and Rita S. Graves, all of Greenfield, Brenda G. Nanney of West Monroe, La., Deborah L. Allen of Jonesboro, Ark., and Angela Farina of Chicago, Ill.; two sisters, Mary Poe of Martin and Betty McClanahan of Rives; three brothers, J. T. Warren of Puxico, Mo., Billy R. Warren of Rutherford and Johnny Mac Warren of Rives; and 29 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two children, Alice F. Allen and George M. Allen.
